The 'Body Consciousness Realignment' is the foundational initiation, designed to release core seperation programmes from the human energy system, in preparation for the more advanced Lightbody integration work.

The body consciousness holds emotional blockages in place at a physical cellular level within your body system, which is the reason why it can be so difficult for you to release deeply held emotions. The 'Body Consciousness Realignment' process allows the physical body to more readily accept the Higher Light descending from the 5th Dimension, once your Lightbody has been activated.

'The Keepers of the Human Legacy' are Devic Beings who look after your body and subtle bodies, and have the reponsibility of regulating all body functions.

Initially your 'Keepers' are conditioned to run programmes of separation, which can create certain physical behaviours (eg. addictions to certain foods & substances etc) holding your personality & body in as much separation from Spirit as possible. Your 'Keepers' have been programmed to prevent your fields from unifying, which prevents Higher Frequencies of Light from entering your body, thereby delaying the Ascension process.

Once your Body Consciousness is realigned to work in harmony with your Soul and Higher Self, these 'Keepers' become powerful allies to assist you to create your own individual Heaven on Earth. This means that your Soul will be much more able to fully integrate within your body when you have their co-operation and assistance.

The 'Body Consciousness Realignment Initiation' involves a process where I will assist you to invite your 'Keepers' to break their current contract which has been holding your physical & subtle bodies in maximum separation from Spirit. Then we will create a new contract so that your 'Keepers' will subsequently be working in alignment with your Soul and Higher Self, and thereby integrate the Higher Frequencies of Light descending into your body, with more ease and Grace.
