Session 1: Embodiment with your Root

A Live Online Half-Day Retreat with the 'Divine Healing Master Key System', to focus on opening, purifying & aligning your Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra) to nurture your Root Support thereby allowing your Soul to anchor more fully within your Body as you connect more deeply to Mother Earth & your Divine Source within.

'Muladhara' is the first Chakra to form in the body as an infant, and as such is related to our physicality and our basic security & survival needs ... food, water, shelter, nurturing care, empathy, understanding, closeness etc.

When there are wounds and trauma's held in your Root Chakra, you may feel;

~ issues with your parasympathetic nervous system, legs & feet, spine & bones, blood, sciatic nerves, colon, male sexual organs & some of the female sexual organs, bladder, hips, adrenal glands, teeth

~ a disconnection to the physical & other people

~ ungrounded & lost

~ deeply unsafe

~ insecure & distrustful

~ unmotivated & depleted

~ aggressive & defensive

~ stuck & stagnant

~ disorganised & unfocussed

~ anxiety & panic

~ depression & pessamistic

~ lack of abundance & scarcity

It's only when we have our basic needs met that we can focus on growing and evolving. If we don't feel safe and secure we certainly can't expand into our full potential.

Often the Root Chakra is the Chakra which is most out-of-alignment in people who identify themselves as 'Spiritual'. This is because many of us have tended to live predominantly through our higher Chakras and have resisted fully embodying, in an attempt to avoid experiencing the intense emotional duality of this Earth Plane.

But just like a plant, without strong roots, our physical Life here on Gaia isn't going to go very well, and we probably won't be able to fulfil our Soul's Purpose and Destiny, which is the reason why our Soul took embodiment in the first place.

In this Spiritual Workshop & Group Healing Session ... 'Embodiment with your Root' ... I will be holding the intention to assist you to clear, open & align your Root Chakra, so you may ground more within your physicality & into what your Soul has chosen as its curriculum in this Life experience.

As you are able to integrate the physical with the non-physical aspects of yourself, you will also have the capacity to root yourself more fully into your Purpose & your own unique place in the Grand Design.
