Svadhisthana, is our home of personal desire, sensuality, sexuality, passion & creativity. This chakra is associated with our capacity to move out of our basic survival mode, and flow towards our personal pleasure & personal purpose. It is the driving force for our enjoyment of Life through our senses, and is also concerned with how well we can relate & create with other people.

Thus it provides the foundation for feelings of well-being and is instrumental in developing our capacity to be fluid, flexible and able to go-with-the-flow.

When 'Svadhisthana' is out-of-alignment, it is difficult for us to feel truly alive, since this Chakra governs our sensations and we may have issues regarding our interpersonal relationships which involve passion, sexuality and creativity.

In our early stages of childhood, our Sacral Chakra develops between the ages of 2-4 years old, and holds our first experiences of knowing ourself as a 'separate' Being ... therefore it is often here where we hold our deepest core wounds and issues, and our coping mechanisms attempting to protect these wounds.

This Chakra also governs our ability to ask for what we desire and our ability to receive!

When your Sacral Chakra is out-of-alignment you may experience;

~ issues with your sexual organs, womb, kidneys, spleen, lower vertebrae, pelvis, hips, knees, bladder, appendix, large intestine, adrenal glands

~ emotional numbness or extremely emotional reactive

~ constant fatigue or little energy

~ inhibited expression of your true feelings and desires

~ hypersensitity

~ reproductive issues

~ blocked creativity

~ low sex drive or libido in overdrive

~ lower back, kidney or stomach disorders

~ over-taking, stealing, co-dependancy

~ over-giving, martyrdom, co-dependancy

~ lack of boundaries

~ self-sabotage & self destructive tendancies

~ addictions to anything that brings pleasure eg. food, sex, gambling, alcohol, drugs etc

~ neurotic & can't handle spontaneity or uncertainty

~ chronic complaining, pessimism or depression

When you learn to heal, balance and energise your 'Sacral Chakra', you can access your inner Source of Abundance, Joy, Creativity, Beauty and Passion for Life.

Instead of trying to 'make things happen', you will become an attactive force, which allows you to easily magnetise and manifest your deepest desires.
