Session 4: Our Heart of the Matter

A Live Online Half-Day Retreat with the 'Divine Healing Master Key System', to focus on opening, purifying & aligning your 'Anahata' the Heart Chakra Energy Centre located at the centre of the chest in the human energy system, which unifies the non-physical spiritual realms with the physical aspects of our being.

Anahata literally translates as 'unhurt' .... so this will be a day to open and align with the Divine unconditional Love within our own Hearts, to nurture and care for ourselves with Compassion, Tenderness & Trust as we open more and more into our pure natural state of Freedom and Joy.

This 'Heart Chakra' is the Energy Centre where we can access Divine Love, which is the highest frequency of all existence. 'Anahata' brings Spirit within the Body, unifying the higher Chakras and the lower Chakras, which gives us the capacity for integration and wholeness.

'Anahata' contains the Truth that we are connected to 'All That Is' ... we can never be alone, since we are an integral part of the web-of-Life, which makes up the whole of Creation.

When 'Anahata' is fully open, we feel unvincible and unhurt, but conversely when we become 'hurt' through our relationships and connections with others, this can cause our Heart Chakra to close down.

When your 'Heart Chakra' is out-of-alignment you may feel;

~ issues with your Heart muscle, circulatory system, lungs, shoulders, arms & hands, breasts, lymph system, thymus gland

~ disillusioned with Love & relationships

~ disappointed, let down or hopeless

~ pain from a relationship long after it has ended

~ a longing for someone that you can't be with or find

~ unable to connect fully with others

~ unable to feel Trust

~ an aching, burning pain, tingling in the chest, heart, lungs or upper back

~ belief that Love is painful, abusive or that it doesn't last

~ alone in the world

~ like running away, disconnecting or isolating yourself

~ unable to connect intimately with your Beloved

In this Workshop ... 'The Heart of the Matter' .... I will be offering Spiritual Tools, Practices and a 'Group Divine Healing Session' to assist you to transmute and heal any unresolved issues within your 'Anahata Chakra' so that your Heart can open more fully to the Source of Divine Love within yourSelf.

This will bring great benefits to all your relationships, but most particularly the relationship which you are nurturing with your inner Being on all levels.

When your 'Heart Centre' is open, you will become a powerful channel, bringing energy from the non-physical into physical embodiment, thereby allowing you to Live a Life which is more in Harmony with the rest of the world.
