Session 5: Opening your Authentic Voice

A Live Online Half-Day Retreat with the 'Divine Healing Master Key System', to focus on opening, purifying & aligning your Vishuddha or the Throat Chakra Energy Center. Vishuddha in Sanskrit translates as 'especially pure'.

Vishuddha is the energy vortex within the body's energy system, through which we discover our inner Purity & our own unique original Truth. Vishuddha is also the vehicle through which we are able to express and share this truth with purity and honesty. It is therefore associated with deep listening, clear communication, personal integrity and personal honour.

By opening our Throat Chakra we align ourselves with our higher discernment and can subsequently create a Life that is a direct reflection of our truth. Challenging experiences are then used as opportunities to gain wisdom and growth, which in turn impacts the level of personal success we can create and experience in Life.

When your 'Throat Chakra' is out-of-alignment your may feel;

~ symptoms in your lymph system, throat, pituitary/thyroid/parathyroid glands, ears, nose, jaw, neck, mouth, tongue and shoulders

~ social anxiety

~ shyness, feeling ashamed

~ desperate, like you're drowning or choking

~ inhibited to express yourself

~ not inspired to create

~ paralyzed and terrified to speak

~ like you are under pressure from the inside

~ like you are holding yourself back

~ talking incessantly without listening to others

~ fear of silence or being alone

~ using your voice to be harsh or over critical

~ using your voice like a weapon eg yelling, screaming, crying to create drama or by refusing to speak

In this Workshop ... 'Opening your Authentic Voice' .... I will be sharing Spiritual Tools and Practices and a 'Group Divine Healing Session' to assist you to transmute and heal any unresolved wounds and traumas held within your 'Throat Chakra' which are inhibiting your own unique authentic expression.

An open, aligned 'Throat Chakra' allows you to Live a Life that is the direct and pure reflection of your inner Truth, sharing your authentic voice as the pure essence of your Soul and Higher Self.

Gaining a deeper awareness of 'Vishuddha' is a Spiritual awakening which helps you to see things differently and the words you speak and write will take on a deeper, new meaning. Emerging Spiritual Truths seem to fall into place and link together like the pieces of a puzzle.
